Jokes and whether to vote for them

Why would anybody dislike President Bush? A reasonable question. Here is the most reasonable answer I've seen.

My target audience is Bush supporters for whom their choice of candidate is still a rational decision.

To quote an old joke:
Why do so many people take an instant dislike to Bush? To save time.
