Courtesy of Dave Barry's Blog comes this dispatch from the "Unclear on the Concept of Peace on Earth" Department. One video store employee describes grappling hand-to-hand with the holiday spirit: "So the real burner would come on Christmas Day when people would come in and demand fast service because they 'Want to get back to their families!' At which point I would nearly go insane because Rudolf had just saved Christmas for the fourth time, and because all of the Christmas Day customers seem to be under the impression that all of the people that work at the store on Christmas are orphans that sleep under the counter."
