I probably didn't need another web site to reinforce my impression that there's something fundamentally wrong with the universe. The internet as a whole serves that function nicely. So why do I get so excited when I find Good Experience: This Is Broken and look at all the submissions documenting things businesses do to baffle and bemuse their customers. Says pagekeeper Mark Hurst, "Remember: this is for the good of these companies (they'll make more money), and for the good of their customers (they'll have a good experience). We're just trying to help!" So any ancillary entertainment value is only a fortunate side effect, I guess.
