The online polls that Bob Harris runs over at BobHarris.com are much more illuminating than the ones you'll see on fly-by-night web sites like CNN or CherishYourIgnorance.com. Here's the one I just saw:

• The charming pizza delivery kid with the soundproof van


• The well-groomed priest who brings wine into the confessional


• The clean-cut Attorney General who invents legal rationales for torture

I don't know if this kind of jocularity helps matters much, but it sure makes me feel a little better.
