World O'Crap provides post-game analysis for the Bush speech last night. Why does anybody still believe what Bush says after all this time? My guess—and it's only a guess—is that they believe because they want to believe, the most compelling and least valid reason of all. I suppose there could be some kind of brain-based anomaly involved too, but without evidence I can only speculate.
